PEI Vacation Properties does full service management of your short term rental which is marketed on VRBO.
In the springtime, we open cottages, cut grass, do an extensive spring clean, and prepare for the summer season. Throughout the summer, we manage all bookings, do cleanings between guests, offer handyman services when needed, and cut grass. When fall comes, we do a full close down of the property which includes blowing out pipes, and putting away linens and outdoor furniture.
All year round we look after your VRBO ad to ensure that you are receiving bookings, and work with future guests.
